Taormina is, doubtless, one of the most visited cities on the East coast of Sicily.
Easily reachable by car or by bus, it’s 30 min. far from Etna Hotel. The Old Town is the heart of this city: enjoy the typical narrow streets, the great view from the main square, the beautiful Baia delle Sirene and the amazing Isola Bella.
The river Alcantara flows in a great valley, surrounded by majestic gorges and canyons. Situated in Motta Camastra, 18 km far from Etna Hotel, it’s an attraction that you can’t miss!
The tourist marina (1,5 km far from Etna Hotel) is in Riposto, nice town situated on the seaside. If you take a look around this area, don’t miss the typical fish market and the nice restaurants.
